Situated on a 7,000 acre station, this amazing villa looks out over beautiful Lake Hawea – with steep, rugged mountain ranges soaring straight up from the lakeshore. The design of the villa was directly inspired by these mountains – the lake facing and rear facades mimicking the jagged peaks and the copper-finished roof appearing from above as a map contour, hugging the curves of the surrounding hills.
The interior is finished to perfection, with polished concrete floors, soaring wood-clad ceilings and the latest in interior furnishings. The four luxurious rooms have comfortable super king beds and tiled ensuite bathrooms. There is a state of the art kitchen, complete with a private chef to cook you up a feast, a media room, spa pool and several spacious entertaining areas. And let’s not forget the breath-taking view of Lake Hawea. The villa is ideally located in the heart of New Zealand’s adventure tourism region, so you won’t find yourselves short of adrenalin-filled activities to sink your teeth into.
