Genoa ticks a lot of boxes if you’re looking for beautiful views, close proximity to town and a stone’s throw from the lake. This lakefront apartment has everything you need to base yourself in Wanaka for a wonderful holiday. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury apartment is tastefully finished with stylish furnishings and luxurious linens, creating a wonderful home away from home. It boasts an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining table and a comfortable lounge space. This area looks out to the lake – a great spot to relax in. Read a book or sit back in front of the gas fireplace with a wine, admiring the amazing view. Slide open the doors onto the balcony, where you’ll find another gas fireplace, an outdoor lounge suite and a BBQ – a great space to enjoy regardless of the season, with yet more lovely lake views to enjoy.

The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and each having use of their own tiled bathroom. There is a drying cupboard in the laundry for drying your ski gear, plus an external storage cupboard in the undercover car parking area where you can store your boots, skis & snowboards and mountain bikes. There are two parking spaces allocated for the apartment, one under-cover and one in the main carpark. The lake is just over the road, making this a great spot for summer! Stroll along the boardwalk into Wanaka town centre to grab an ice cream or a cool beverage on a hot summer’s day, or walk along the lake track to Eely Point, a popular swim spot. If it’s winter when you’re visiting, throw the skis in the car and drive to Cardrona or Treble Cone to hit the slopes – both an easy drive from the apartment. The minimum stay at Genoa is 3 nights.

"Wow! Genoa is simply stunning! It is beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable with wonderful views across the lake. The location is fantastic - only a 5minute walk into town so really convenient and right across the road from the lakeside walk which we enjoyed every morning.
