The Banya is an architecturally designed luxury apartment with a spacious open plan, modern living space, bedroom and a luxurious bathroom. It is the perfect location for a special weekend getaway, romantic couple’s retreat or simply a place to relax and rejuvenate.

The apartment has stunning lake and mountain views and features private gardens with access to hot tub. The Banya is the guest apartment, located on the grounds of The Dacha, a luxurious private residence overlooking Lake Wanaka. Minimum stay at the Banya is 2 nights.

We were blown away by how beautiful this location is. We loved the style of the furnishings too. The girls were amazing and took great care of us with lots of information about what's on and where to eat. Short trip to town. I highly recommend the walking track along the lake down below... 2 min drive and stunning easy morning with a quick dip in the water. Water is crystal clear water. Wanaka has a lot to offer and we could have stayed another week!
