Outdoors, the large deck and entertaining area take full advantage of the sweeping alpine views. Home configuration
This home is available with either a 4-bedroom or 3-bedroom configuration. When booking as a 3-bedroom home (suitable for up to 6 guests), the lower level bedroom, bathroom and living area would be closed off to offer a discounted rate. This would exclude the bedroom and bathroom pictured with the lavender visible outside, and the lounge area with the gas fireplace built into the black wooden panel wall.

Matakauri House uses Minut technology to monitor excessive noise and gatherings. The property has fans for cooling but is not equipped with air conditioning.
