Adjoining the kitchen there is also a pool table which can be enjoyed by guests. Facing West on this first floor the expansive lake views command attention, whilst the East opens up to the beautiful patio and outdoor entertaining area, complete with a large BBQ grill, an open fireplace, lounge set and a dining area which can be covered by a retractable awning.

There are six bedrooms in this large holiday home in Queenstown. Four bedrooms in the main home: the master suite is on the first floor and enjoys a large en suite with a bathtub and a generous walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs on the second floor, the second bedroom offers spectacular lake views, a large terrace and an in-room bathroom. The third bedroom has garden views and a private bathroom directly opposite across the hall, and the fourth bedroom has a garden view, kitchenette and en suite. Bedrooms five and six are located in a separately accessed self-contained apartment, which also has a lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities on the ground floor of the property.

To the rear of the home, a hidden oasis is revealed: the garden has been built into the hill creating a staggered layout with the outdoor entertaining area, a large lake view spa pool, an outdoor 8-seater cedar sauna and finally a lounge terrace, covered by a retractable pergola, at the top of the garden offering the perfect space to soak in the expansive lake views. Clever landscaping, which includes beautiful native flora, ensures guests will enjoy privacy during their stay, and at night the garden lights up to provide a magical spot to relax and unwind.

Summer guests will enjoy making the most of the outdoor spaces and well-considered layout which allows you to pull back the doors to create a seamless flow between indoors to outdoors, whilst winter guests can rest assured they will remain cosy with central heating and two indoor fireplaces, and will appreciate the little touches like the ski boot rack and drying cupboard for ski clothes in the internal garage.
