Korari House is a modern five-bedroom luxury holiday home enjoying stunning views of Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps. Set over multiple levels, the holiday home has been thoughtfully designed to suit families and groups, with five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom to ensure comfort and privacy for every guest. The main open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the top floor, where large windows create a light-filled space ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto the balcony and sink into the comfortable outdoor sofas – a great spot to relax with a glass of local Pinot Noir and watch the sun set over Roys Peak. There is also an outdoor dining area for guests to enjoy an alfresco dinner in the warmer months.

Korari House is located an easy five-minute drive into Wanaka or the lakefront, making it simple to enjoy local dining, shopping and outdoor adventures. The master suite with walk-in wardrobe is situated on the top floor, while the remaining 4 bedrooms are on the bottom floor. A separate media room downstairs provides an additional living area, perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime. There is a garage to store bikes or kayaks, or any other toys you may have to make the most of Wanaka and the adventure playground it offers.
