This three-bed vacation rental home is situated in a stunning, quiet rural location, yet is just 5 minutes drive from bustling downtown Wanaka township. The interiors are finished to perfection, with comfortable couches and luxurious bean bags in the bright open plan living area offering the perfect place to sit down and relax after a day exploring all this fantastic region has to offer. Mountain views are on display through every window, as well as a view of Mt Aspiring in the Winter months when the trees have no leaves. It really feels as though you’re the only ones around, so if you’re after privacy, this is a great option for you. Outside, there is a lovely outdoor entertaining area complete with outdoor fireplace, seating and a hot tub also.

Luxury on Studholme has three bedrooms, with the master bedroom on the first floor enjoying an elevated view over the 53-acre property. Enjoy a cup of tea or breakfast in bed, while you watch the sunrise over the mountains to the East. There is a spacious walk-in wardrobe so you can unpack and feel right at home, plus a private en-suite bathroom where you can soak in the bathtub and look out to the mountains. The remaining bedrooms are downstairs, sharing the main bathroom with a shower. The property has radiators throughout, plus a log burner in the main living area, to keep you warm over the cooler months. With parking for two in the garage, plus plenty of space on the driveway for additional parking, you can safely store the jet boat or jet skis when they’re not in use on the lake. And if you have a helicopter, you can land it on the lawn with no worries at all. For the month of August 2024, the minimum stay at Luxury on Studholme is 3 nights. For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
