The second-floor holiday apartment offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to six guests. The open-plan living offers a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area, looking out to the beautiful view. The lounge is set around a gorgeous gas fireplace with schist surround – the perfect spot to relax with a red wine and watch the sun set behind the mountains. If it’s raining outside, or if you just fancy a day of relaxing, there are comfy sofas, browsing books and board games, plus a smart TV/Sonos system for all your entertainment needs.
The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Wanaka, and a luxurious ensuite with large bath and separate walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a super king bed that can be split into twin beds. They share a bathroom with heated tiles and large walk-in shower. The holiday apartment also offers a covered balcony with BBQ and dining area, with outdoor heating so you can soak in the view even in the cooler months. The holiday apartment comes with two designated parking spaces – one undercover – and a large storage cupboard in the basement carpark for storing ski gear or bikes. There is also a drying cupboard in the laundry to dry your coats and gloves ready for your next day up the slopes!
