If your dream holiday involves relaxing in your luxury vacation rental home, with a beverage in hand, looking out at breathtaking lake & mountain views, then Far Pavilion should be top of your list. This lakefront property boasts amazing lake views from its prime location, which is just moment’s walk from the lake. The property is filled with character, showcasing the owners’ individual cultures. At the entrance, a double koru – a Māori symbol – is embedded in the ground in front of the Teak carved front door, which was imported from South India. Beautiful carved posts, also made from Teak, frame the entry and also feature inside. The spacious property has multiple living areas, meaning it is perfect for families looking for space to spread out. The added bonus of an indoor swimming pool and spa pool means the children can play in the pool if the weather isn’t great for a day at the lake. A large central kitchen offers a great area to cook up some delicious dinners for the family to enjoy, while two additional kitchenettes mean you can easily make a morning cup of tea or coffee wherever you are in the house.

Far Pavilion has 4 bedrooms, spread over three separate locations in the large property. The king master bedroom enjoys stunning lake views, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms – one super king which can be split into a twin & one king – are situated off another small seating area with kitchenette and bathroom. The remaining bedroom is situated on the other side of the house, off the kitchen, with its own bathroom and another small lounge area and kitchenette. Both these areas have their own external access, providing more privacy for groups or extended families. Access to the lake is possible via the property in front, meaning guests can get out onto the lake walking track to take them either into central Wanaka, or round towards Albert Town and the Upper Clutha River Track. Minimum stay at Far Pavilion is 4 nights.
