Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the fully-equipped gym, with a treadmill, spin bike, free weights, and a yoga mat, while the infra-red sauna and hot tub offer the opportunity to relax after a day of adventure. Baywaters comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms. The main house features three gorgeous bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite bathroom. A separate granny flat with a final bedroom provides additional privacy and flexibility, perfect for extended family or friends.

The luxury home is perfectly situated for those wanting to explore the beauty of rural Queenstown, with Lake Wakatipu a short stroll down the road and immediate access to the 7-Mile Scenic Reserve’s hiking and mountain biking trails just outside your door. You’ll also find horse-riding and additional mountain biking trails around Moke Lake, just a 10-minute drive away. The Mount Crichton Loop trail is only five minutes drive away, and in winter, the Coronet Peak ski fields are accessible within 30 minutes. Despite its secluded setting, Baywaters is also conveniently close to Queenstown’s vibrant shopping, restaurants and nightlife, just a 10-minute drive away.
