Hot Fusion Yoga
The newest member of Wanaka’s budding business community received quite a welcoming on opening night. Hot Fusion Yoga opened its doors this weekend and I could barely find a spot to unroll my mat.
Nicci Huston, who most recently taught Bikram, Ashtanga, Yin & Hatha yoga at Studio Sangha & Bikram Yoga Queenstown with Peggy Preston, has let loose her passion and vision on Wanaka. Lucky us!
Coming from the (western) mecca of yoga, Los Angeles, I must admit that I found great comfort at the sight of people strolling down our quaint, beautiful streets adorned in Lululemon garb and colourful yoga mats clutched at their sides.
The buzz inside the deliciously warm studio was evidence enough that Wanaka is ready for what Hot Fusion Yoga is offering: a place to practice, to come together, to create community, to breathe and to leave feeling relaxed, recharged and basking in the afterglow of a damn good yoga class.
